o2o winner of Deloitte’s Fast 50 ‘Mobility’ category
o2o Bicycle Leasing is once again among the winners of Deloitte Technology Fast 50. In 2021, we were awarded the main prize. This year we came out on top of the ‘Mobility’ category. A nice recognition for the hard work in which we always fully propagate our basic mission: striving for more sustainable mobility for employees and employers.
What is Deloitte Technology Fast 50?
Deloitte Technology Fast 50 annually highlights promising Belgian start-ups and scale-ups, both in the private and public sector. The ranking nominates 50 technological and innovative companies that delivered exceptional growth performance over the last 4 years.
The competition has two main categories: 'Technology Fast 50' and 'Rising Star'. The Fast 50 ranks the 50 fastest-growing technology companies, based on their realised revenue growth over the past four years (2019-2022). The 'Rising Star' category nominates companies that have been on the market for less than four years. Thus, this award does not focus on effectively made revenue growth, but on the revenue potential of a start-up company.
o2o is the winner of the 'Mobility' category
In addition to the main prize, category prizes are also awarded by industry sector. In the 'Mobility' sector, o2o emerges as this year's winner. Since the very beginning, we have been striving for more sustainable mobility for employees and employers. This award is a great recognition for our hard work and proves that at o2o, technology and sustainability go hand in hand.
Our strong growth is mainly due to making the right strategic choices according to market evolutions. We used to focus on the HR workload that comes with bicycle leasing, but that has changed. Today, we mainly support companies to create a dynamic cycling culture at the workplace. In doing so, our vision always remains the same: we want as many enthusiastic users of the rapidly evolving bicycle as possible. - Wim Floré, Managing partner o2o Bicycle Leasing
Our organisation started six years ago as a small start-up full of ambition to get more people on their bicycles. From then on, it has grown into an innovative scale-up that gives more than 150,000 people access to bicycle leasing, at more than 750 Belgian companies. Moreover, we have built a network of more than 1,000 bicycle dealers, which we continue to expand.
And yes, we are still bursting with ambition, as international growth is planned in the future. Sending our #ThinkBikeFirst mission out into the world - literally and figuratively - that's what we're doing it for. To be continued!
